It's easy to add a simple newsletter to your website. However, for more complex mailing list management we recommend using a dedicated tool such as Mailchimp. We have included details on embedding a Mailchimp form on the HTML widget page.

To use the built in newsletter component:

  1. Drag the newsletter widget to the page where you want to add the sign-up form.
  2. Click Confirm

To create and send a newsletter

1. Select "Community" from the top level menu in your sites admin view.

2. Click on the "New Record" button. This opens up an editor where you can write your newsletter
3. Write your newsletter and click save
4. You can preview or send the newsletter by clicking the buttons

Managing subscribers

1. Click on "Newsletter Subscribers" in the second level menu toolbar

2. From this page you can view, delete or add subscriber emails to your list
